我们将于8月28日凌晨2点（北京时间）为以下客户更换IP：
LAX-PRE-7452的38IP段用户；

更换过后，将解决38IP段解锁不全的问题；
我们将在更换IP后发送邮件通知

IP Change Notification

We will be changing the IPs for the following customers at 2:00 AM on August 28 (Beijing Time):

Users of the 38IP segment of LAX-PRE-7452.

After the change, the issue of incomplete unlocking for the 38IP segment will be resolved.

We will send an email notification after the IP change is completed.

The unlocking capabilities of the new IP are as follows:
